Carnahan’s Cozy Cabin is our lovely retreat in the White Mountains! Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway for the family or just a romantic escape for two, you will find peace and relaxation in this newly remodeled home. Every season is beautiful in Pinetop…and located on a cul-de-sac in the heart of the Pinetop Country Club community, you will feel safe and ready to let your kids run and play in the fresh mountain air. All the comforts you’re used to are available from Wifi to cable TV/DVD, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, granite counter tops and all the cooking and baking supplies you’ll need. This 1,300 square foot home with two levels has 2 private bedrooms on the main floor with another bed and baby crib upstairs. A bathroom, TV and DVD players are also on each level. There are so many wonderful activities in the area, you can do as much or as little as you like! Come relax, enjoy and lose yourself in the splendor of this beautifully nature-filled community. Carnahan’s Cozy Cabin Rental Rates

Rates (USD)

$ 149 – $ 250 / night
$ 700 – $ 1,000 / week
$ 2,150 – $ 2,750 / month

Rental has 2-day minimum.

$250 Refundable Security Deposit. Refunded after cleaning on or before 5 days after check out.

Full payment required upon reservation.

Cleaning Fee: $100 per reservation

Pet Fee: $25 per reservation

Forms of Payment accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal

Rates change for Holidays; Contact Owner.

Please, no smoking in the house.

Check-in time is 4 PM.  Check-out time is 11 AM
